[Identified] We have applied a fix for the VP3300/BT device and will be rolling out the fix for the Move5000 shortly.

[Identified] We are currently testing fixes for both issues related to the VP3300 and the Move5000 and we anticipate that it will be deployed soon.

[Identified] If you have a VP3300 or Move/5000 devices, please refrain from making the following changes to the device. If you tap Device Settings in the POS app and select a VP300 from the device dropdown and tap "Edit EMV Terminal" please do not select "Enable Receipt Printer." If you tap Device Settings in the POS app and select a Move500 from the device dropdown and tap "Edit EMV Terminal" please do not set the custom tip amounts from this menu. If you need to make these changes to your device, please reach out to WineDirect Payments. We are looking at resolving this issue ASAP
